Welcome to SSSAM Academy. By visiting our website (https://sssamacademy.com), registering for a demo class, or enrolling in any of our classroom or online certification courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Enrollment & Admissions

Enrollment in any training program is subject to seat availability, submission of required enrollment documentation, and receipt of course registration fees. SSSAM Academy reserves the right to accept or decline admission applications based on eligibility criteria.

2. Attendance & Batch Schedules

• Students must maintain minimum 75% attendance across lecture sessions and lab practicals to qualify for certificate evaluation.
• Batch transfers (weekday to weekend or classroom to online) may be accommodated upon written request, subject to batch slot availability.
• Class schedules, live cohort timings, and faculty allocations may be adjusted with prior notification to maintain instructional quality.

3. Certification Criteria

Course completion certificates (ISO 9001:2015 recognized) are awarded exclusively upon successful submission and evaluation of assigned capstone projects and practical assessments. Online certificate verification is accessible through our official student portal.

4. 100% Placement Support Policy

Our dedicated placement cell provides comprehensive career assistance including resume enhancement, LinkedIn profile optimization, mock technical interviews, and scheduling corporate interviews with hiring partners across Delhi NCR. To remain eligible for placement drives, students must actively complete all curriculum milestones and attend scheduled prep sessions.

5. Intellectual Property & Study Materials

All curriculum designs, study notes, assignment repositories, video recordings, and code samples provided during the training remain the exclusive intellectual property of SSSAM Academy. Unauthorized commercial distribution, resale, or public duplication is strictly prohibited.

6. Code of Conduct

Students must maintain professional conduct within physical classrooms, high-speed labs, and online virtual meeting rooms. Any disruptive behavior, harassment, or unauthorized lab tampering will result in immediate disciplinary review.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
